Nurse Next Door has a well known presence in Eastern Canada. The Greater Toronto Area has many locations including Markham, which has been operating since 2013. Today, Kaydene Campbell, a Registered Practical Nurse, has acquired the location and is looking forward to bringing her expertise to the territory to continue the amazing work of Making Lives Better in the community.†Kaydene and her #BoldPinkCrew have already hit the ground running so we asked the new entrepreneur some questions about the journey sheís embarking on.†

What made you want to get into home care?†

ìI got into this business to bridge the gap between premium Client care and Caregiver burnout. Too often we get caught up in just sending a Caregiver to the Clientís home without ever considering the personís emotional state, while expecting them to deliver on optimal care services,î says Kaydene ìCaregiver burnout is often neglected, and as a result, the Client suffers in silence. Nurse Next Door puts a focus on their people and by applying the Perfect Match when assigning pairs Iíll be able to deliver on Happier Aging to both Clients and Caregivers.†

What does Happier Aging mean to you†
